砂十大高薪职业 . 月入5271 油气业榜首 本地大学教授及雇主踊跃出席SarawakJobs.com2019年职业调查报告分享会。前排右三为SarawakJobs.com首席执行员李国维；前排右六为砂教育、科学及工艺研究部副常务秘书阿都拉曼迪恩。 (古晋27日讯）砂职业调查网站SarawakJobs.com公布砂拉越薪资最高10大职业领域，从事石油及天然气领域工作者，以5271令吉平均薪资高居榜首！ 油气业起薪并不高 SarawakJobs.com在2019年职业调查报告中，将本地薪资最高十大职业分为工作经验超过2年及5年。超过5年工作经验中，油气领域工作待遇最丰厚。不过，在工作经验超过2年的项目中，油气领域工作者平均薪资为1601令吉，仅位居第三，显示该领域对熟练及经验丰富员工的需求更殷切，提供的待遇更好。 其次是人类健康及社会工作领域，平均薪资为4369令吉。位居第3是建筑领域工作，平均薪资为4095令吉。 在工作经验超过2年的项目，平均薪资最高的是建筑领域工作者，为1819令吉。第二是批发及零售贸易领域工作，平均薪资是1634令吉。 SarawakJobs.com首席执行员李国维于今日在分享会上，与本地大学教授及雇主分享2019年职业调查报告，在场者包括砂教育、科学及工艺研究部副常务秘书阿都拉曼迪恩。 收集逾6个月数据所得 李国维指出，他与团队共用了超过6个月时间展开调查，收集砂拉越职场数据，该报告分为大学毕业生、雇主及企业3个环节，详细记录本地求职者及雇主需求，并拟定招聘指引，供企业参考。 调查发现，多达89.4%砂大学毕业生选择在本地寻觅工作，只有少数前往西马、新加坡、汶莱、沙巴及其他国家工作。此数据比2016年的77.3%更高。可以说，10名砂大学毕业生当中，有9人留在本地工作。 “这显示，越来越多大学毕业生对本地就业机会有信心。” 62%华裔生服务私人界 同时，超过半数，即55.5%砂大学毕业生选择在政府部门工作，不过这以巫裔及土著大学生居多。62%华裔大学毕业生倾向于在私人界服务。 Source:
（示意图） 东马 发布于 2019年09月27日 21时19分 • 最后更新 1个月前 过半砂州毕业生 选政府部门工作 （古晋27日讯）一项调查显示，砂拉越逾5成毕业生向往政府部门工作。 根据SarawakJobs.com最近对砂拉越毕业生的意见进行调查显示，高达55.5％受访的毕业生表示，愿意在政府部门工作，只有38.3％受访的毕业生会选择私人界。 其中，65％的马来裔毕业生倾向于在政府部门（联邦/州/地方）工作；而华裔毕业生（62％）则倾向于在私人界（大型/中型/微型企业）寻找工作。 SarawakJobs.com首席执行员李国维今日向本地大学教授及雇主公布2019年职业调查报告时，如是表示。在场者包括砂教育、科学及工艺研究部副常务秘书阿都拉曼迪恩。 李国维指出，有关调查耗时超过6个月来进行，收集砂拉越的职场数据，如本地求职者及雇主的需求，以期能成为参考，纳入在招聘指南中。 要在政府部门中找到工作的竞争肯定比在私人界来得高，因此，很多毕业生愿意选择在私人界找工作，以期能尽早获得真实的工作经验。 无论如何，该报告也认为，砂拉越毕业生需要保持理性及现实，并在各个领域中寻找工作机会。 该报告指出，那些选择在政府部门工作的毕业生，高达25.5%者希望能在地方政府部门工作；22.5%则有意在砂拉越政府部门工作；只有7.5%有意在联邦政府部门工作。 至于选择15.6%有意前往中型企业工作；大型企业则有13.3%；小型企业占9.4%及微型企业（个体经营户/自己创业）。只有2.5%有意在非盈利组织工作。 与此同时，该网站的意见调查显示，本地应届毕业生愿意留在砂拉越工作，高达89.4%；只有10.6%会选择到砂拉越以外的地区工作。 “10位受访者当中，有9位皆表示，他们更愿意留在砂拉越找工作，且想留在砂拉越工作的毕业生自2016年开始增加了12%。” 该报告指出，2019年有高达89.4%的本地应届毕业生愿意留在砂拉越找工作，与2016年的77.3%相比，增长了12%左右，这显示更多的砂拉越毕业生有信心在当地找到工作。 “只有10.6%的毕业生愿意在砂拉越以外的地方寻找工作机会，这些地区包括新加坡（3.3%）、马来亚半岛与汶莱（各2.7%）；沙巴（1.2%）和其他国家（0.7%）。” Source:
