Job Location :

  • The Podium Kuching, Sarawak

Job Requirement : 

  • Education : SPM
  • Experience : 1-2 years in related field
  • Fresh graduate can apply
  • Answering customer queries
  • Providing customer support
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues
  • Understand customer needs
  • Ensuring complete customers’ satisfaction

Salary Range & Benefit :

  • Salary Range: RM 2000 to RM 5000 / from RM 2000
  • EPF, SOCSO & EIS
  • Medical & Annual Leave: yes provided
  • Overtime Pay
  • Incentive (Based on Performance): Min from RM 200 – RM 1000

Working Days & Hours :

  • Working Hours: From 9am to 5pm
  • Work Days: Monday to Saturday only
